What We Do

This organization was formed with the aim of helping the people of both countries in development, progress and ensuring human rights by establishing harmonious mutual relations between the people of Nepal and India.

This organization mainly works in four areas. They are like this.

Religious Relations :

Religious relations have been established between Nepal and India since ancient times. Since these two countries were founded on the basis of Hindu politics, the religious beliefs, culture, costumes and lifestyle of both countries are similar. Therefore, the Nepal- Bharat Maitri Sangathan works on the continuation and development of the historical importance of Nepal India religious relations, partnership in religious activities between the two countries, joint religious awakening campaign to provide facilities to pilgrims, financial empowerment of Hindus, planning and implementation of programs to attract new generations towards religion and culture.

Cultural Relations:

The purpose of this organization is to protect and develop cultural relations between the citizens living on the border of the two countries, organize cultural conferences, and disseminate information about the cultural aspects and places of the two countries.

Diplomatic Relations:

The relationship between Nepal and India has been going on for centuries. There have been problems in relations between these two good neighboring countries, which have international open borders and unrestricted entry and exit. When such political problems arise, the people of both countries suffer. The governments of the two countries have resolved these problems through mutual discussions. But to prevent such political and diplomatic problems from arising, the citizens of the two countries have been urging and pressuring the governments through various means. In these two countries, by creating negative feelings towards each other, there are conspiracies to spoil the relationship between the two countries and to spread anti-Nepal and India sentiments. To prevent that from happening, the Nepal- Bharat Maitri Sangathan organizes various programs based on social awareness.

 Economic Relations:

Our organization takes initiatives to strengthen the economic relations between the two countries and provide economic opportunities to the citizens of both countries. Trade relations have been established between the two countries since ancient times. According to the changing times, business relations are also improving with innovation. Our organization believes that the citizens of the two countries should have a free business and investment environment.
